Xandra Feliza (Banaag) Galang

Xandra Galang, with a 20-year career, is a talent management leader, is currently serving as the Head of Strategic HR Talent Management at Ayala Corporation. Her expertise spans Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Career and Performance Management among other areas. Prior to Ayala, she started a significant HR transition at AG&P, earning the "Best HR Team" title at the Chief of Asia Awards in 2023. Notably, she has also been an influential part of Deloitte Southeast Asia, managing substantial projects in Organization Transformation, and Culture and Change Management. A certified Professional Scrum Master, ICF Coach, and DDI Facilitator, she has contributed beyond her immediate professional role, serving as a judge for prestigious events, and gaining recognition as a top leader in training and development. Xandra's multifaceted persona also includes being an instructor at De La Salle College of St. Benilde and a dedicated family woman with an inspirational YouTube channel, "Learning with Team XYZ Galang".
