Robert Conrad Gonzales

Robert Conrad Gonzales, with 27 years of expertise in Human Resources, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at GCash, a leading fintech company in the Philippines. Before this, he held significant roles at companies including Globe Telecom, Philippine Airlines, Dell Philippines, IBM, and Thomson Reuters. His extensive experience spans roles such as HR Business Partner Integrator, leader of Globe University, and Talent Acquisition Manager. Gonzales has successfully led the design and implementation of numerous leadership development and talent management programs, pioneered the rollout of global leadership training, and spearheaded employer branding initiatives. His contributions have extended to operational centers across Manila, San Jose, Dalian, and Bangalore. Before joining GCash, he led the Learning & Development Network and is also a member of the Ayala HR Council.
