Melanie Bernardo

Melanie Bernardo, with over 25 years of industry experience, serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Aboitiz InfraCapital. Leveraging her expertise in human resources, people development, marketing management, and direct-to-consumer marketing, Melanie plays a strategic role in the growth and transformation of the organization. A holder of a Master of Science degree in Occupational Health Psychology from the University of Nottingham, Melanie is also recognized with the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award and the Youth Achievement Award for her significant civic involvement. Passionate about women empowerment, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement, she uses her skills to foster an environment that enables employees and, in turn, impacts communities positively through enhanced infrastructure. Melanie's commitment extends beyond the professional sphere, evident in her volunteer work as a board member of the British School Manila. Balancing her successful career with personal passions, she is a mother of two, an avid fan of musical theatre, and a dance enthusiast.
