Marco Angelo Padernal

Marco Angelo B. Padernal, with 16 years of progressive Human Resources practice across various industries, currently serves as the Associate Vice President (AVP), Human Resources at Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., one of the Philippines' largest retailers. His journey in HR started with Accenture, Inc. and Sky Cable Corporation, followed by roles at The Moment Group and JG Summit Holdings, Inc., where he led significant HR Digital Transformation initiatives. With a bachelor’s degree in Management and a minor in Strategic HR Management from Ateneo De Manila University, and the globally recognized CHRP® designation, Marco has consistently been at the forefront of HR services and talent management improvements. His contributions to the field have been internationally recognized, evidenced by his place among the "40 Under 40 Asia HR Leaders 2022" and leading the JG Summit Employee Experience Team to win the 2021 Gokongwei Group Pride in Performance award.
