Lia Marcos

Lia Marcos, the SVP of Human Resources - APAC at IntouchCX, is an accomplished HR leader with a broad scope of experience in several regions, including the Philippines, China, Australia, and India. With a background in law, Marcos provides expertise in multiple areas of HR, such as employee relations, talent acquisition, and management, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder needs, collaboration, and accountability. She has tackled complex issues in HR, such as mergers and acquisitions and the launch of HCM systems in APAC, demonstrating adeptness in crisis management and communication. Her leadership was recognized with an award at the ACES Awards 2021.
