Jason, the current Head of People & Culture at Etaily, an e-commerce enabler company, has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management across various sectors including BPO, Manufacturing, Sales, and Startups. Since joining Etaily in January 2021, Jason has been instrumental in growing the company's headcount by 267%, with key hires across multiple departments.
