Expert Backing: Led by InReach Ventures, the funding round included TEN13, Haatch Ventures, and Begin Capital, along with angel investors from Datadog, Anthropic, and Clickhouse.
Founders' Vision: Established in June 2022 by data entrepreneurs Paul Dudley and Ricky Thomas, Streamkap aims to make real-time data streaming easy, accessible, and cost-effective for businesses.
Advanced Platform: The platform, built on Apache Kafka and Flink, offers a low-maintenance ETL solution for faster data transfer with minimal setup.
Future Plans: Streamkap will use the funds to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams and invest in new stream processing capabilities to further reduce latency.
