Singapore’s digital transformation firm, Temus, continues to expand its presence with the recent acquisition of local digital services provider, Decision Science Agency (DS).
- Temus Acquisitions: This acquisition is the second feather in Temus’s cap, following their purchase of Dreamcloud, a startup known for its low-code software development, last year.
- Team Count: Temus further solidifies its presence in the digital landscape, with the addition of DS’s team of over 70 employees spread across Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
- Leadership: Collin Ang will join Temus as the new Managing Director, bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in agile app development.
- History: The inception of Temus was a joint venture between Singapore state-owned investor Temasek and US-based digital services firm UST, which achieved unicorn status after a US$250 million investment from Temasek.
- New Location: Temus has also announced the opening of a new office in Hong Kong, marking their first expansion outside Singapore.
Srijay Ghosh, founding member and Chief Revenue Officer of Temus, highlighted the value of this acquisition, stating that DS and Ang’s “deep knowledge and experience in agile app development will greatly enhance our ability to deliver high-value applications for government and commercial sectors.”
